Starting from January 2026, 38 employees from the IT Department of Emerson Cluj will be transferred to the Indian company Infosys, as part of a global outsourcing process. They will remain with Emerson until December 2025, according to Law no. 67/2006, which guarantees the maintenance of employment contracts for one year. Consultant Doru Șupeală emphasizes the uncertainty created among employees, who fear marginalized treatment. The transfer of internal IT services indicates a worrying trend in the industry, where jobs are becoming increasingly vulnerable.
