The Minister of Economy, Irineu Darău, announced a new stage in the implementation of electronic signatures, following the publication of the ministerial order in the Official Monitor, regarding Law no. 214 of July 5, 2024. This law aims to utilize electronic signatures, timestamps, and associated trust services. The removal of blockages will allow for a broader use of advanced electronic signatures, which will have full legal value for a larger number of documents.
