They warn that fiscal measures, including raising the teaching norm and changing the mode of payment, will have a negative impact on the education system. Trade unionists are preparing to open the school year on the streets and a general strike is not ruled out. Leaders stress that the proposed measures will stifle education and create confusion among teachers.
