Economy Minister Radu Miruță said that Salrom is responsible for the situation at the Praid Saltworks, stressing that it was informed about the flood risks and ignored warnings. The estimated damage amounts to 8 million lei and the graphite exploitation license will expire soon. Miruță said that steps will be taken to secure the license and evaluate options for exploiting the resources.
