<p>The earthquake occurred at a depth of 80.4 kilometers, being located 43 km west of Focșani, 67 km east of Sfântu-Gheorghe, 68 km north of Buzău, 80 km east of Brașov, 93 km south of Bacău and 96 km southwest of Bârlad. In the first days of November, Romania recorded two earthquakes, with magnitudes of 2.2 and 3.5 degrees. The largest earthquakes this year were of 4.4 degrees, in February and May, in Buzău County and respectively Vrancea.
