The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) has alerted Romanians to an attempted fraud which takes the form of an offer for a 'mystery box' of premium cosmetics for 9.95 lei. The scammers use the Notino brand name to lure users into entering their personal and bank details. The DNSC recommends checking sources, avoiding providing data on suspicious sites and consulting other users' reviews to prevent such scams.
