She stated that she is facing a "political execution" and has made legionary propaganda through a megaphone, praising Corneliu Zelea Codreanu. Șoșoacă is suspected of 11 offenses, including promoting fascist ideologies and denying the Holocaust. She has also been involved in violent incidents and has been accused of promoting the cult of Nicolae Ceaușescu.
