Diana Șoșoacă, president of S.O.S. Romania, returned on Thursday evening from Strasbourg, where she participated in the plenary session of the European Parliament. At Otopeni Airport, she was greeted by supporters who came to express their support and protest against the decision to lift her immunity. The protesters, waving tricolor flags and carrying banners with the message 'Solidarity with Diana Șoșoacă', shouted her name and discussed low salaries, complaining about the economic conditions.

Diana Șoșoacă joined the protest, shouting slogans like 'To battle!' and 'Revolution!', stating that she is not afraid of the legal consequences. The lifting of immunity was voted by the European Parliament, allowing prosecutors to continue a criminal investigation targeting serious accusations, including legionary propaganda and outrage. This decision removes procedural obstacles in the way of investigations.
