Diana Șoșoacă announced that she cannot appear at the General Prosecutor's Office, accusing an attempt to intimidate from the prosecutors and the transformation of justice into a political instrument.

Member of the European Parliament Diana Șoșoacă stated that she will not appear at the General Prosecutor's Office, citing the absence of her lawyer and her presence in Brussels. She is suspected of 11 offenses, including legionary propaganda. Șoșoacă denounced the summons as an attempt at intimidation and stated that she will not accept justice being used against her or her party, S.O.S. Romania. She emphasized that she has never evaded investigations and promised that she will denounce political abuses both in the country and abroad.
