<p>The drafting of the rules for the special construction tax has started, with each sector concerned to be consulted in order to take into account its specificities. The minister stressed that it is important to take into account the differences between the sectors concerned, such as energy production, transportation, port areas, gas or oil exploitation and agriculture. The consultation process with private or state-owned companies is part of the process of finalizing the rules by the deadline set by the fiscal-budgetary ordinance.
