Laura Dronca, remanded in custody for destroying the monitoring bracelet, will receive a decision on her status from the supreme court on Tuesday. She is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated murder in the explosion that killed her father Ioan Crisan. Together with her accomplices, Dronca is implicated in a complex case involving explosive devices. The two accomplices, Bulbuc and Horodincă, are also contesting their remand in custody. Investigators have established that the explosion was premeditated and that Laura instigated the crime.
