The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated that the current mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, is the favorite to represent the party in the electoral race for the General Mayor of Bucharest. Grindeanu mentioned that the polls place Băluță at the top of the PSD options.
