Cristina Antik, an accountant and the wife of judge Antik Levente, has become a prominent figure in Girișu de Criș, obtaining accounting contracts from municipalities after the retirement of public officials. Her company, SC Antik Contexpert SRL, won a contract with the Girișu de Criș Municipality, replacing public officials with external services, which led to savings for the municipality. Although Mayor Dan Babău claims that the services are more efficient and cheaper, there are suspicions of nepotism, considering his ties to the Antik family. Cristina Antik has refused to comment on the allegations, citing harassment, and her contracts with municipalities continue to raise questions about transparency and the legality of public procurement.
