** The General Directorate of Police of Bucharest has launched an investigation after information emerged about Cristian Andrei, a doctor accused of offering psychotherapy sessions without the necessary certification. He is accused of sexual harassment by two former patients, who claim to have been victims of abuse during the sessions. One of them, identified as Mara, reported that she was subjected to intimate questioning and experienced inappropriate behavior from Andrei, culminating in a sexual act in the office.

Andrei denies the allegations, stating that he does not conduct psychotherapy activities, but only psychiatric evaluations. He also claims that he never pretended to be a psychologist and that his patients come only for evaluations. However, several former clients confirm that they participated in psychotherapy sessions with him. The police are calling on victims of similar acts to come forward and cooperate with the authorities to help clarify the situation. The investigation is ongoing, under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Sector 1 Court.
