Dragoș Pâslaru, the Minister of European Funds, has been accused of embezzlement through a criminal complaint filed by Cosmin Dorobanțu, the head of the prison police union (FSANP). He claims that Pâslaru is using the funds of the Ministry of Labor for illegal purposes, such as negotiating the Unified Salary Law, instead of respecting their legal destination.

Dorobanțu mentions that Pâslaru ignored a court ruling that suspended the legislative process, accusing him of abuse of office and non-compliance with court rulings. The complaint also refers to the precedent of Liviu Dragnea, convicted for similar acts, highlighting the use of public resources for the benefit of political parties.

Dorobanțu calls for a thorough examination of the matter, considering that Pâslaru has mobilized the entire ministerial apparatus to support the legislative initiatives of the parties, contrary to the law.
