The 2nd District Court of Bucharest abolished the false receipts by which Nicu Gheară obtained control over the commercial complex 'Europa'.

The court has annulled two receipts from 1994, considered forged, which were used by Nicu Gheară to claim his rights to land in Colentina. The expert confirmed that the signatures did not belong to Colonel Constantin Salitră, and his daughter challenged the validity of the documents. Even though the criminal case was closed, the court validated Salitră's daughter's claim, ruling that Gheară did not prove the legality of the property. The judgment was not challenged within the legal deadline.
