Transelectrica Company, in collaboration with Hidroelectrica and ESO Bulgaria, carried out a complex restoration exercise of the National Power System. The activities were carried out in several power plants and substations, with the aim to test the restoration capacity in case of major failures. The exercise included creating two power islands, synchronizing them and validating the autonomous operation of the plants without affecting the national grid. It is part of a series of tests to ensure technical preparedness for emergencies, contributing to regional energy security.
