The Competition Council has authorized the transaction by which Răzvan Beșchea will take over Smart Electro-Distribution SRL, a player in the trade of electrical and electronic appliances. The Authority concluded that the transaction will not significantly impede competition in the Romanian market and does not affect the compatibility with a normal competitive environment. The decision will be published on the Council's website after deletion of confidential information.
