The commemoration ceremony for the victims of the Holocaust will take place on Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, at the 'Memorial of the Holocaust Victims' in Bucharest. Road traffic will be restricted between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM on the nearby streets, and the Traffic Brigade will take measures to facilitate traffic flow. Drivers are advised to drive cautiously, and pedestrians should use the sidewalks and cross only at designated places.
