Colonel Cătălin Emanuel Buculei, an employee of the Ministry of National Defense, died in a tragic accident on the night from Friday to Saturday, in the locality of Molid, Suceava County. It seems that he may have fallen asleep at the wheel, causing a collision with a van in the opposite lane. His death shocked the community, colleagues, and friends, who described him as a consummate professional and an exceptional officer. Representatives of the "Ștefan cel Mare" National Military College in Câmpulung Moldovenesc expressed their condolences to the grieving family. The coffin with the lifeless body of the colonel is laid out at the Chapel of the "Constantin and Elena" Church in Gura Humorului, and the burial will take place on Tuesday, December 2. This tragedy occurred in the context of a larger road accident that also involved other victims.
