Tourists can enjoy the sunny weather on the Constanța coastline, but are not allowed to enter the water because of very high waves. Lifeguards have raised the red flag, warning of the dangers of strong currents. The yellow wind warning will be in force until 8pm tonight, with winds reaching speeds of up to 70 km/h. At this hour the beach is empty and the sea is extremely rough.
