The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) responded to the requests of NGOs and journalists, emphasizing that it has limited competencies in its interventions. The CNA mentioned that it can only analyze broadcasts within the limits of its legal competencies and that it must respect formal procedures and the right to defense of broadcasters. Additionally, the CNA highlighted that it should not become a "judge of truth" or an instrument for sanctioning uncomfortable opinions. In the context of the criticisms directed at the documentary "Captured Justice" made by the journalists of Recorder, several NGOs and members of civil society signed a letter of support for the Recorder editorial team, demanding protection for their work against attacks.
