The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) imposed a fine of 25,000 lei on the company PHG MEDIA-INVEST S.R.L., the owner of the Realitatea Plus channel, for failing to comply with the obligation to publicly communicate the sanctions received. Following a self-notification, the CNA found that the broadcaster did not broadcast the text of the sanctioning decision on its YouTube and TikTok channels, contrary to legal provisions. During the period in which it was supposed to transmit the information, the channel aired two shows without meeting the identification requirements. Representatives of the television station claimed that the Tu Decizi platform does not belong to PHG Media. Additionally, the CNA recently decided to withdraw the channel's license for non-payment of fines, but this decision was suspended by the Court of Appeal.
