The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) imposed a fine of 200,000 lei on Realitatea Plus for broadcasting news and debate shows that violated provisions of the Audiovisual Code, particularly regarding the prohibition of political advertising outside of electoral campaigns. Realitatea Plus was sanctioned for headlines promoting the political activities of Anca Alexandrescu. Additionally, the station received another fine of 100,000 lei for failing to comply with regulations regarding the correct presentation of official statements, incorrectly attributing a statement about the war to the Minister of Defense. Romania TV and Nașul TV were also fined 50,000 lei each for similar violations. Furthermore, the CNA issued public warnings to Prima Sport 1, 2, and 3 for broadcasting advertisements for gambling with well-known personalities.
