Starting Wednesday, Cluj International Airport becomes the first in Romania to eliminate restrictions on the transport of liquids in hand luggage. Passengers can bring containers of up to 2 liters, thanks to the modernization of security equipment in collaboration with the Anti-Terrorist Brigade. The decision will reduce passenger processing time and improve the travel experience, considering that in 2024 the airport had a traffic of 3.2 million passengers, with an estimated increase for 2025.
