CITR, in its capacity as judicial administrator of Nordis Management SRL, has conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Nordis Mamaia Wave project over a period of seven months. The purpose of the analysis was to determine the legal situation of the residential units and to identify any overlapping agreements.

The CITR team examined over 2937 documents, supplementing the information with data from OCPI and courts. The results of the analysis showed that the insolvency involves 1228 creditors with a total claim amount of over 900 million lei, of which 721 million lei are accepted claims.

Additionally, CITR manages over 600 lawsuits related to this complex case. Furthermore, DIICOT prosecutors have expanded the investigation into the Nordis group, with over 300 new criminal complaints, estimating a total damage of approximately 75 million euros, representing the amounts paid by clients for unbuilt apartments. The investigation also targets former politicians involved in the scandal.
