Carrefour Romania has launched, for the first time, Smart Cart, a smart cart in the hypermarket in Corbeanca, which works as a shopping assistant. Customers can log into the Act for Good loyalty platform to create shopping lists on the cart's touch screen. It optimizes the in-store route, displays available products and allows scanning of items for increased visibility. With 40 devices available, Smart Cart has been used by more than 3,500 customers, facilitating a fast and efficient shopping process.
