On Saturday morning, CFR Călători announced that payment by card for train tickets encountered issues due to malfunctions at processing companies.

These problems affected payments at ticket offices in railway stations, on trains, at machines in stations, and on online platforms.

The railway transport operator specified that, in the early part of the day, purchasing tickets was not possible through the mentioned methods.

Although the situation improved later, difficulties continue to persist with online payments. CFR Călători announced that it is making efforts to fully resolve the technical issues.
