On July 15, 2025, the Bucharest Tribunal decided to maintain the judicial control measure imposed on Călin Georgescu, rejecting his appeal against an earlier decision of the District Court of Sector 1. The court found that Georgescu's arguments were unfounded and also ordered him to pay a fee of 300 lei. This decision is now final.
