Dumitru Chisăliță, the president of the Intelligent Energy Association (AEI), states that Bucharest needs a radical transformation, comparing the city to a sick organism that only receives superficial treatments. He proposes a solid electrical network, clean mobility, 5G district heating, microgrids, batteries, and water tanks, as well as an intelligent and sustainable Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for the next 50 years.

Chisăliță criticizes the candidates for the Capital City Hall, who come back with the same minor promises, such as repaired streets and new buses, without addressing the fundamental issues of the city. He emphasizes that temporary solutions will not solve the deep problems of Bucharest, which require long-term visions.
