The Bucharest Court has ruled the bankruptcy of Blor Retail, the company that manages the Diverta bookstores, after it filed for insolvency in June 2022 due to the impact of the pandemic. The court lifted the debtor's right of administration and ordered the company to be dissolved, setting deadlines for filing claims and drawing up the table of claims. The provisional liquidator is CITR Filiala București SPRL. Although the shareholders had declared intentions to expand, the financial situation led to bankruptcy.
