Bogdan Ivan stated that it is unacceptable for tragic events to occur in 2025 due to the negligence of employees who have not fulfilled their duties on time.

He emphasized that, although the legislation regarding the management of gas leaks is clear, its enforcement remains insufficient.

Ivan explained that the law establishes the necessary steps in such situations, including drafting minutes and taking photographs. The ongoing investigation will determine who is responsible and the reasons for the decision to continue gas delivery to the block, despite the seal placed on the supply network.

Ivan highlighted that these errors are profoundly unfair and inhumane, having tragic consequences for people.
