The disembodied body of a woman was discovered in the sea, in the area of the Costinești stabilopozilors, without any documents to prove her identity. Police were alerted by a 112 call on Sunday and confirmed the presence of the victim. Authorities from the Constanța County Police Inspectorate are investigating to identify the deceased and clarify the circumstances in which she lost her life.
