The draft law initiated by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Authority aims to complete the legislative framework for research, development and innovation, in line with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Proposed measures include the mandatory use of IT platforms and the establishment of the Research Observatory to inform public policy. It will also create the #RoInnovation structure to promote private sector innovation and facilitate public-private partnerships. The project aims to streamline funding and stimulate the participation of large companies in strategic research partnerships.
