Peiu emphasizes that the government's promises of fiscal measures have turned into packages without real impact on the budget situation. The budget deficit has increased by 5 billion lei compared to last year, exceeding 4% of GDP. He mentions that interest rates for loans have risen, which will cost Romania 15 billion lei annually, highlighting a decrease in investor confidence in the government.
