The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has issued a warning for Romanians traveling to France, informing them about a strike announced by the railway unions in the French Republic (SNCF). This strike will cause significant disruptions in rail traffic, including for TGV, TER, Intercity, and RER trains, throughout the country.

The MFA recommends that passengers check the SNCF website to verify traffic conditions and anticipate any inconveniences. Romanian citizens facing difficult situations can request consular assistance at the phone numbers of the Romanian General Consulate in Paris and at the other consulates in France. Additionally, the MFA encourages the use of the 'Travel Informed' app for information and useful travel tips.
