Certificates are issued by APIA on the basis of agreements with financial institutions for farmers who wish to access loans for current activities. They confirm the submission of applications and the number of animals, and the financing can reach up to 90% of the calculated amount. The loans are guaranteed by FGCR and FNGCIMM and the interest rate will be RON-ROBOR 6M plus 2%. Farmers are advised to carefully analyze the costs proposed by financial institutions.
