A control action by DGAF has revealed evasion practices in the alternative transport sector, such as the under-the-table payment of drivers and the use of fictitious contracts. Precautionary measures have been imposed to recover the damage of 175 million lei. The controls also highlighted non-compliance with the obligation to use fiscal cash registers. ANAF recommends that drivers check whether their employers comply with tax legislation.
