The acquisition of Alsen Energy Consulting by ANT Energy is of strategic value, aiming to modernize the energy sector through digitalization and integration of renewables. Alsen provides specialized services for the electricity market, including licensing and trading consultancy. The transaction, financed from its own sources, will allow ANT Energy to expand its portfolio of services, having already solutions for renewable energy producers. Anca Iosif will continue to lead Alsen, while ANT Energy will own 55% of the shares.
