The National Meteorological Administration has announced a code yellow warning for high temperatures, valid on July 3 between 12:00 and 21:00, in the regions of Maramureș, Crișana, Banat, Oltenia and western Transylvania, where highs of 33-37 degrees Celsius will be recorded. The temperature-humidity index (TIU) will exceed the critical threshold of 80 units. Meteorologists warn that the heat wave will spread on Friday, affecting most of the country. Avoid sun exposure and drink plenty of fluids.
