ANCOM has announced that from July 7, 2025, it will implement measures to block misleading calls using false identification data made on behalf of public institutions or companies. This measure aims to curb CLI Spoofing, where calls are initiated from outside the country displaying fake national numbers. The authority emphasizes the importance of user caution, recommending verifying the caller's identity and reporting suspicious calls.
