ANAF has created the chatbot ANA, a virtual assistant for tax information, initially available in the SPV accounts of users.

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has launched a new chatbot, ANA, designed to help taxpayers quickly obtain information about their tax obligations. In the first testing phase, ANA will be accessible only in Virtual Private Space (SPV) accounts. Although it will initially have a limited set of responses, ANA will answer questions related to the rental of goods and the associated tax obligations. The chatbot will continue to develop and improve its performance through interactions with users, expanding the areas of information provided.

ANAF encourages taxpayers to interact with ANA and provide feedback, thus contributing to the creation of a more efficient digital public service. As ANA accumulates experience, it will be able to respond to a wider range of tax questions, facilitating communication between taxpayers and the tax administration.
