ANAF has launched Operation 'Nest of Ghosts', aimed at checking the addresses where a significant number of companies are registered, some of which have offices in unsuitable conditions. Preliminary analysis has identified sites with hundreds or thousands of firms, often in unsanitary buildings. ANAF will assess the tax behavior of these entities, with possible legal measures, including declaring them in fiscal inactivity or criminal prosecution in case of irregularities.
