The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has launched an information campaign to help citizens to know their rights in relation with economic operators in the HORECA sector, where VAT has increased to 11%. The campaign comes after anti-fraud checks revealed irregularities in the issuing of tax receipts. ANAF emphasizes that customers have the right not to pay without a receipt and provides a hotline for complaints.
