Cosmin Neculiță, head of the ANAF Anti-Fraud Service, announced that income from the sale of personal goods on sites like OLX or Publi24 will be monitored, and individuals who exceed the threshold of 10,000 lei will receive compliance notifications for declaring income and paying taxes. Although income below this threshold is not excluded from economic activity, the notifications target individuals who are not organized in a legal form. ANAF has lowered the threshold to more effectively control online sales.
