ANAF announced that Ampropertyconstruct SRL, known as AMPCgaz, has been declared fiscally inactive starting from August 8, 2025, which means that any activity carried out by the company after this date is illegal. The decision was made at the request of the General Directorate for Fiscal Anti-Fraud (DGAF) as part of the 'Ghost Nest' program, which targets companies that do not comply with tax obligations. The main reason for the inactivity was the lack of activity at the declared fiscal domicile, which did not meet the legal conditions for carrying out economic activities. Additionally, AMPCgaz has been involved in investigations related to an explosion in Rahova, where irregularities were found in the gas installations. Given that the company was declared fiscally inactive, activities carried out during this period are illegal, and the authorities continue to investigate its responsibility in the tragic incident.
