ANAF has begun enforcement proceedings against Gabriel Resources to recover 9 million euros

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has begun the process of recovering budgetary claims amounting to 46,779,769 lei from Gabriel Resources Limited. The recovery actions include enforcement measures on the assets held by the company at SC Roșia Montană Gold Corporation SA.

ANAF is committed to protecting the value of the assets and the heritage of SC Roșia Montană Gold Corporation, playing an active role in monitoring and verifying the legality of any transfers of goods.
