ANAF introduces the pre-filled Single Declaration for income from 2025: deadline May 25, 2026

ANAF has announced the introduction of the pre-filling procedure for the Unique Declaration 212, the project already being published in decision-making transparency. For income from 2025, taxpayers will be able to access forms with pre-filled data based on information from tax records, available in the Virtual Private Space or, upon request, in physical format. The deadline for submission remains May 25, 2026, and failure to submit on time may result in fines and penalties.
