AMEPIP has appointed a new management in the context of pressures to close a milestone from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) regarding the corporate governance of state-owned companies. This change is crucial as part of the funds related to payment request no. 3 have remained suspended, and 330 million euros are directly correlated with the completion of the selection and installation of AMEPIP's management.
The government has selected a president and two vice-presidents, namely Anișoara Ulcelușe, Oana Petrescu, and Codruț Stănescu. The new management is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the necessary requirements for unlocking these funds, emphasizing the importance of effective governance in the public sector.
