Allen Coliban, the former mayor of Brasov, and other officials are the target of a court action for financial liability, accused of causing more than 16 million lei in damages to the Sports Club Association Football Club Brasov - Steagul Renaște. The liquidator claims that they illegally benefited from public funds. Coliban transferred a personal property to his partner in the context of the election campaign, a gesture considered an attempt to protect his assets. His involvement in the association was also deemed illegal, and the irregularities led to the initiation of the asset liability lawsuit.
